S-145
SPORT SERIES S145 The Imperial Outdoors Sport Series S145 is a rugged, trail-ready four-season adventure trailer built for the adventurer who wants serious off-road capability and genuine off-grid comfort in a package that’s accessible, versatile, and built to last. At 20 feet 7 inches long with a dry weight of approximately 3,900 lbs, the S145 is the lighter, more nimble of the two Sport Series models, designed to pair with a wide range of capable half-ton trucks and larger SUVs without requiring a heavy-duty tow vehicle upgrade.
The S145 is built on a reinforced, powder-coated steel perimeter frame with Cruisemaster CRS coil spring independent suspension and electric drum brakes, a trail-proven platform that delivers a smooth, controlled ride on rough backcountry roads that far exceeds what a standard trailer suspension can offer. Paired with 31″ all-terrain tires, 21 inches of ground clearance, and a DO35 articulating hitch that allows the trailer to swivel, pivot, and rotate independently from the tow vehicle, the S145 handles challenging terrain with confidence and composure.
Four-season capability is built in from the ground up. Nearly 3 inches of fully insulated composite wall panels, thermally broken acrylic windows, heated water tanks, and an enclosed and heated underbelly keep everything functional well below freezing. A Truma Combi furnace and water heater maintains interior comfort down to -40°F, and the 12V air conditioner keeps the cabin cool in summer heat, running entirely on battery power without shore power.
Off-grid capability comes standard. The S145 includes 240W of rooftop solar and lithium battery storage as standard equipment, with available upgrades for those who want to push further and stay longer. A 12V air conditioner, 60-gallon fresh and grey water tanks, and heated water tanks give the S145 the self-sufficiency to stay out well beyond a typical weekend trip without planning around the next hookup.
Inside, the S145 delivers a level of comfort that surprises first-time buyers. Real-wood cabinetry, a fully appointed kitchen, a full dry bath with separate shower, and a thoughtfully designed living space make the S145 a genuine home base for extended adventures. It’s a trailer that proves you don’t need to spend more or tow more to live well in the backcountry.
