Articulating Hitch

When off-road articulation is king! The articulation of the Cruisemaster DO35 allows you to take your trailer anywhere the 4WD can get with its rotational articulation both horizontally and vertically. Articulation in all directions ensures the trailer always follows you in challenging terrains.
View through an open off-grid camper window reveals a snowy forest floor dotted with pine trees under daylight. The window frame and interior details of the cozy Xplore Series van are visible inside.

Dual-pane Thermo acrylic windows

Enjoy superior performance and durability with the dual-pane, lightweight acrylic windows. High quality rubber seals for maximum weatherproofing. The interior of the window contains the retractable fine mesh insect screen on one side & a blackout blind with reflective exterior on the other. These can be used independently, or together for varying combinations of privacy and ventilation. The blind also creates a second dead air space for maximum thermal efficiency in very cold conditions.

Entry Door

Integrated T-Slot mounting system

Our custom aluminum extrusions around the entire perimeter of the camper feature a durable t-slot that allows for convenient accessory mounting. All of our exterior accessories secure firmly to this t-slot reducing the amount of holes and fasteners into the body of the trailer. Adding your own accessories is a breeze with this feature.

Fully Composite Construction

Lightweight, Strength and industry leading thermal performance is achieved with our one piece custom composite panel system. Maximum efficiency in the most extreme weather conditions is made possible with the industry's thickest panels, over 2-½” thick! The panels are bonded with an industrial grade structural adhesive to the aluminum exo-skelatin to create a rugged one-piece body that can handle any rugged terrain your adventures may bring you.

The S195 is built on a rugged steel perimeter frame with Cruisemaster independent suspension, 21 inches of ground clearance, and an articulating hitch designed for rough backcountry conditions. The signature perimeter frame construction keeps the chassis rigid and composed when the road gets serious — so you can focus on the adventure, not the trailer behind you.
