Warranty & Service Work
Imperial will work with a mobile tech, but there are a few things to consider before choosing this option. First, Imperial does not cover any service call fees—only parts & labor that must be pre-approved by Imperial. Some mobile techs will expect payment from you at the time of service, to which Imperial would reimburse you for approved out-of-pocket repair payment. Have the estimate approved by contacting us at service@imperial-outdoors.com or by calling 715.483.9955 before any work is performed. Imperial does not advertise, recommend, or endorse any mobile repair tech services.
No, you don't have to. We do prefer all warranty work is performed by one of our authorized dealers, however we understand this may be inconvenient or not practical especially while traveling. Please contact Imperial Outdoors if you are needing warranty work serviced by a non-authorized dealer for authorization.
Absolutely, many Imperial Owners prefer to service their own trailers. Imperial is happy to assist with any technical questions, provide guidance and parts if needed. Labor is only covered with an authorized dealership. Contact us for any assistance needed.
Imperial Outdoors does not reimburse or cover the fee for diagnosing warranty claims.
All new vehicle warranties are only valid to the original purchaser and are not transferable, however, if you have any issue that you believe to be a manufacture or material defect please contact us for further information.
