1.3 We collect personal information to allow us to process and fulfil your request/download/enquiry. by providing your email address and/or telephone number we are able to contact you regarding your request and to share our latest offers.

2.1 By downloading our brochures or submitting a form, you give us premising to contact you to check if you have any further questions, and to direct you to your closest Imperial Dealer. We will only send promotional content if consent is given, and will never violate this by sending unrelated or extreme volume of spam mail.

4.1 Upon downloading Imperial product brochures or submitting a form, your closest Approved Imperial Dealer will be made aware to you, the dealer will also have visibility of you personal data (name/email/telephone number) to offer any help or further information you may need. Dealers will not send multiple emails, and will wait for a response before sending any further emails. Marketing or promotional emails may be sent by Imperial Outdoors periodically if user gives consent to receive, by submitting their email address in one of our online forms. Under no circumstance will we pass on or sell your information to external third party companies, other than those that assist in the fulfilment of your order or enquiry.
